During the exhibition, MinewSemi launched several new products, focusing on the development trends of high performance, low power consumption and high integration. We continue to strengthen multi-technology integration capabilities and product matrix depth.
Short-Range Communication
Bluetooth Low Energy Module ME54BS62: Based on the Nordic nRF54L15 SoC, this module features an ultra-small design (6.0×9.0×1.8 mm), an integrated PCB antenna, and perfect compatibility with Bluetooth 6.0 and Channel Sounding technologies. It supports high-precision distance measurement and secure interaction. Offering up to 30 GPIO interfaces, it can be flexibly applied to smart home, consumer electronics, medical devices, and industrial IoT scenarios.
Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 Module ME16WS04: Supporting both 2.4GHz and 5GHz dual-band connectivity, this module features 4MB SiP Flash + 512KB RAM and a rich array of peripheral interfaces, easily connecting to various sensors and displays to meet the high-speed, stable connectivity requirements of smart homes, industrial terminals, and security monitoring.
Wide-Area Communication
LoRa Module ME25LS03: Utilizing a dual-chip architecture of SX1262/LLCC68 + nRF54L15, integrating BLE 6.0 and LoRaWAN protocols, it features a built-in 32 kHz crystal oscillator and TCXO, providing 25 GPIOs, offering a flexible and reliable long-range communication solution for asset tracking, agricultural IoT, and smart streetlights.
Multi-band & Satellite Communication LoRa Module ME25LS04: Powered by the Semtech LR1121 chipset, it supports Sub-GHz, 2.4 GHz, and satellite communication, allowing for free deployment in global ISM bands to meet ultra-long-distance connectivity needs in extreme scenarios.
Intelligent Sensing
Millimeter-wave radar modules ME73MS02/ME73MS03: Based on SGR SoCs design, integrating a Cortex-M4 core, and feature high sensitivity and low power consumption. The ME73MS02 (15*14mm, detection range 0.5-8m) and ME73MS03 (30*7mm, maximum detection range 9m/maximum stationary target 6m) can accurately detect human presence and subtle movements, and are widely used in smart lighting, security, and health monitoring applications.
With the expanding module product line, MinewSemi has completed a strategic upgrade of its antenna production line, launching a new series of high-performance antennas. These antennas offer advantages such as high gain, low VSWR, stable signal, and fast transmission, providing complete connectivity solutions for IoT terminals.
The new antennas feature a foldable design and are constructed from ABS and copper, resulting in a compact structure and superior performance. Omnidirectional radiation and vertical polarization ensure more uniform signal coverage. These antennas cover the entire frequency band from 868MHz to 2.4/5.8GHz, supporting multiple protocols including LoRa and Wi-Fi. The stick antennas achieve a maximum efficiency of 77%, the GNSS antennas offer stable gain, and they feature lightning protection, wide temperature range capabilities, and a standard SMAJ interface compatible with mainstream devices. The entire series complies with RoHS EU standards.
This expansion enhances the company's independent supporting capabilities and solution delivery strength, helping customers shorten development cycles and reduce integration complexity.
At the exhibition, several immersive demos attracted a large number of professional visitors who stopped to experience them. Among them, the LoRa Messaging demo based on Meshtastic showcased how to quickly build a decentralized communication network using LoRa modules in environments without cellular or Wi-Fi, enabling stable data relay and information transmission between devices. This solution has significant application value in scenarios such as emergency communication, outdoor exploration, and deployment in remote areas.
Meanwhile, the presence detection demo of the mmWave radar ME73MS02 became another highlight of the event. Based on an advanced SoC architecture, this module boasts advantages such as small size (15 × 14 mm) and low power consumption (approximately 20 mA on average). On-site, it can accurately identify the subtle movements and static states of the human body in real time, perfect for application scenarios such as energy-saving lighting and smart elderly care.
Beyond product and solution showcases, MinewSemi has set up a comprehensive development ecosystem demonstration area, featuring a wide range of development boards, adapter boards and supporting tools covering Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LoRa, mmWave radar and other multi-technology stacks. Our on-site technical team provides developers with one-stop support from hardware evaluation and software adaptation to system integration, helping customers significantly shorten development cycles and accelerate product deployment.
Meanwhile, the MinewSemi team had in-depth discussions with industry customers and partners from around the world. Focusing on key application areas such as smart homes, industrial IoT, and smart cities, they fully communicated on product selection, solution integration, and customization needs, reaching several cooperation intentions. This face-to-face technical exchange and demand alignment further strengthened the foundation for cooperation between MinewSemi and its global customers, laying a solid foundation for future project implementation and market expansion.
