MinewSemi showcased multiple new products and strategic partnership achievements at IOTE 2025, drawing strong interest from visitors and becoming one of the highlights of the exhibition.
At the event, MinewSemi officially released two new low-power Bluetooth 6.0 modules based on the Nordic nRF54 series: ME54BS12 and ME54BS61.
ME54BS12 offers full GPIO breakout, strong processing performance, and multi-protocol support, making it a versatile connectivity solution for advanced IoT applications.
ME54BS61, with its ultra-compact 6×6 mm size, addresses space-constrained designs.
These two modules represent MinewSemi’s latest progress in high performance and miniaturization, providing developers with more flexible options.
Another debut was the ME73MS02 24GHz mmWave radar module, featuring a compact form factor (15×14×1 mm), low power consumption, and high sensitivity. It enables accurate human presence detection and micro-motion sensing with non-contact, all-day monitoring. This makes it well-suited for smart security, intelligent buildings, and industrial control applications.
In addition, MinewSemi presented its full-stack module portfolio covering sensing, positioning, and connectivity. Highlights included:
BeiDou navigation modules
nRF7002 Wi-Fi coprocessor modules
LoRa & LoRaWAN modules
UWB module MS01SF1
Cost-effective modules based on domestic chipsets
NearLink modules
This diverse product range provides flexible solutions for smart cities, industrial IoT, smart homes, and asset tracking.
MinewSemi emphasized the importance of ecosystem collaboration in IoT development. During the exhibition, the company highlighted several strategic partnerships:
