SX1262+nRF54L15-ME25LS03

Compact, long-range, ultra-low-power, supporting BLE 6.0 and LoRaWAN

 

ME25LS03 (nRF54L15 + SX1262) is an ultra-low-power, long-range wireless communication module designed for demanding LoRaWAN and BLE 6.0 IoT applications. Built on Nordic’s nRF54L15 and Semtech’s SX1262 LoRa transceiver, it combines strong processing capability with exceptional long-distance performance in a compact form factor.


The module is equipped with 256 KB RAM and 1.5 MB Flash, providing sufficient memory resources for complex protocol stacks and user applications. Thanks to the high-performance SX1262, it delivers ultra-high LoRa receiver sensitivity of up to −146 dBm and supports a maximum communication distance of up to 3.5 km, ensuring stable connectivity even in challenging environments.


Operating at 3.3 V, the ME25LS03 integrates a built-in 32 kHz crystal oscillator and offers a wide range of GPIO interfaces for flexible hardware expansion. In addition, it is backed by a fully open development platform, enabling fast product development, firmware customization, and secondary application development.
