ME54BS61 is a highly flexible, ultra-low-power, cost-effective Bluetooth module based on the nRF54L15 WLCSP. It features a powerful Arm® Cortex®-M33 CPU running at up to 128 MHz, along with 1.5MB NVM storage and 256 KB RAM. It features 30 GPIO pins for versatile connectivity, and an RF pin for flexible antenna design. With ultra-low system power consumption and excellent RF performance, it delivers an optimal Bluetooth connectivity solution.
