To address long-range, low-power wireless communication needs, MinewSemi unveiled the ME25LS02, the world’s first LoRaWAN + BLE combo module based on a dual-core architecture. It integrates Semtech’s LLCC68/SX1262 with Nordic’s nRF54L15, combining the long-range capabilities of LoRa with the short-range flexibility of Bluetooth 6.0.
This breakthrough enables fast local networking and long-distance transmission—up to 15 km in rural environments—making it ideal for smart agriculture, industrial IoT, and asset tracking.
