From August 27 to 29, 2025, the IOTE 2025 Shenzhen International IoT Exhibition took place at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. At booth 10B36 in Hall 10, MinewSemi introduced its latest product — the 24GHz mmWave radar module ME73MS02. With key advantages of low power consumption, compact size, and precise sensing, the module attracted strong attention during the event.
The ME73MS02 is a high-performance 24GHz mmWave radar module built on an SGR Semiconductor's system-on-chip (SoC). It integrates an ARM Cortex-M4 MCU running at up to 108 MHz, enabling efficient data processing. This makes the module particularly effective in applications such as micro-motion detection, accurate distance measurement, and reliable human presence sensing, meeting the needs of advanced smart IoT scenarios.

The ME73MS02 offers several practical advantages. Its small form factor makes it easy to integrate into various smart devices, improving design flexibility. The module operates reliably in environments with dust, light, or fog, and supports a detection range of up to 8 meters. These features make it suitable for applications such as smart homes, office buildings, and security monitoring, where stable and intelligent sensing is essential.
At the exhibition, MinewSemi also showcased its broader mmWave radar product portfolio. Alongside the new ME73MS02, the company presented:
ME73MS01, a proven 24GHz radar module widely used in smart lighting and security applications.
MS72SF1, a 60GHz module with a four-transmit, four-receive architecture designed for high-precision indoor sensing, supporting accurate human tracking and motion detection in smart homes and commercial spaces.
To give visitors a hands-on experience, MinewSemi set up a live demonstration area, where products such as the ME73MS01 were shown in real-world applications including smart home automation, energy-efficient office control, and security alarms. Visual diagrams and technical comparison charts helped visitors better understand the specific features and application value of each product.
