The 24th International Internet of Things Exhibition (IOTE 2025) is now in full swing at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, and MinewSemi is proud to unveil two of our latest Bluetooth® Low Energy modules – ME54BS61 and ME54BS12 – both powered by Nordic Semiconductor's cutting-edge nRF54L15 SoC. These modules combine advanced wireless capabilities, low power consumption, and flexible integration options to help IoT developers bring smarter, more compact, and more energy-efficient devices to market.
Watch the introduction video:
With an incredibly small footprint of just 6×6 mm, the ME54BS61 is smaller than a coffee bean yet packed with high-performance features. It’s built around a 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor, offers 30 configurable GPIOs, and supports a wide range of protocols including Bluetooth LE 6.0 Channel Sounding, Mesh, Zigbee, Thread, and Matter. Its industrial-grade operating range from -40°C to +105°C ensures reliability in demanding environments, making it ideal for applications such as smart wearables, VR devices, medical sensors, smart home gadgets, and industrial IoT controllers. An RF pin provides flexible antenna design options, enabling developers to tailor performance to specific use cases.
Designed for versatility, the ME54BS12 features a compact 15.8×12×2 mm form factor that fits seamlessly into a wide variety of IoT devices. It delivers strong RF performance with -40~+8 dBm TX power and -96 dBm RX sensitivity, backed by 1.5 MB Flash and 256 KB RAM for data-intensive applications. The module supports up to 29 configurable GPIOs and a broad set of protocols including Bluetooth Mesh, Zigbee, Thread, Matter, and Amazon Sidewalk. Like the ME54BS61, it can operate from -40°C to +105°C, ensuring stable performance across a wide temperature range. Future variants based on nRF54L10 and nRF54L05 will further expand application possibilities.
Built on Nordic Semiconductor’s next-generation nRF54 series SoCs, MinewSemi has introduced a complete portfolio of Bluetooth® Low Energy modules, including ME54BS01, ME54BS03, ME54BS11, ME54BS0A, ME54BS12, and ME54BS61.
