ME54BS0A is a flexible, ultra-low-power, cost-effective Bluetooth module based on the nRF54L15 chip. It features a powerful 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor, 1.5MB NVM storage, and 256 KB RAM, all while supporting PSA Level 3 security. The module integrates an onboard antenna for enhanced performance and offers excellent RF performance with low system power consumption.
In addition, the ME54BS0A includes a built-in PA (Power Amplifier) for improved transmission range and signal strength. It is also pin-to-pin compatible with the MS88SFA, offering an easy and efficient integration with existing designs.
