SX1262+nRF54L15-ME25LS02 is a high-performance, ultra-low-power LoRaWAN module that supports both BLE 6.0 and LoRaWAN protocols. Powered by a dual-core MCU (Arm® Cortex®-M33 and RISC-V), it integrates 256 KB RAM and 1.5 MB Flash, making it ideal for long-range, low-power IoT applications.


With exceptional receiver sensitivity (BLE: -104 dBm, LoRa: -146 dBm) and high transmission power (BLE: +8 dBm, LoRa: +22 dBm), the module ensures stable and reliable communication across extended distances. Operating at 3.3 V, it provides 27 GPIOs and supports multiple interfaces, including USB, UART, and I²C. The open-source development platform further simplifies customization and secondary development, enabling flexible integration across diverse IoT scenarios.
