LLCC68/SX1262+nRF54L15-ME25LS12

ME25LS12 is a compact, high-performance wireless module based on the nRF54L15 and Semtech SX1262/LLCC68, supporting both Bluetooth Low Energy 6.0 and LoRaWAN connectivity. It combines short-range Bluetooth communication with long-range LoRa technology in a single module, providing a flexible wireless solution for a wide range of IoT applications.

Featuring an Arm Cortex-M33 + RISC-V dual-core architecture, the module integrates 1.5 MB Flash and 256 KB RAM, delivering sufficient processing and memory resources for feature-rich applications and secondary development. With LoRa sensitivity down to -146 dBm (SX1262) and transmit power up to +22 dBm, the ME25LS12 enables reliable long-range wireless communication. It also adopts an optimized low-power architecture and provides 24 GPIOs with rich peripheral interfaces, including UART, I²C, I²S, and PWM.

With a compact 19 × 15 × 3.2 mm form factor, the ME25LS12 is well suited for space-constrained IoT devices, including asset tracking, agricultural automation, inventory management, and other battery-powered applications. The module is available in SX1262 and LLCC68 versions, providing flexible options for different application and cost requirements.
