The ME21LS1A module is a LoRa wireless half-duplex transceiver module based on Semtech's LLCC68/SX1262. It supports global ISM frequency bands and features high transmit power, ultra-long range, and a compact design with an easy-to-use SPI interface.
With enhanced transmit power, the module integrates a high-efficiency power amplifier to provide up to +29 dBm transmit power. It also offers high receiver sensitivity, down to -146 dBm. The module complies with the physical layer requirements of the LoRaWAN® standard and supports LoRa® P2P (Point-to-Point) communication, enabling customers to quickly establish private long-range LoRa® networks.
