Nordic nRF7002+nRF5340 Wi-Fi6+BLE Combo Module
MS12SF1 is a high-performance, ultra-low-power Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth Low Energy combo module based on Nordic Semiconductor's nRF7002 and nRF5340 SoCs. It supports dual-band Wi-Fi 6 connectivity (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) with AP/STA modes, as well as BLE master/slave modes.
The module integrates 1 MB Flash, 512 KB RAM, FPU, DSP instructions, and cache memory, enabling efficient execution of complex algorithms and high-performance applications. With rich GPIO resources and comprehensive peripheral support, MS45SF1 is ideal for demanding IoT devices requiring high processing performance, low power consumption, and flexible Bluetooth connectivity.
