OM6626-MES2BS61 is a Bluetooth 5.4 Low Energy 2.4 GHz proprietary multi-application module featuring a low-power ARM Cortex-M4 processor operating at up to 64 MHz, an RF transceiver, PMU, ADC, and intelligent I/O controller. It delivers ultra-low power consumption of 10 μA during advertising at a 1-second interval and 7 μA during connection at a 1-second interval.
The chip integrates 80 KB SRAM, a 256-bit eFuse, DMA, GPIO, SPI, UART, timers, watchdog, and a 12-bit ADC with up to 12 channels. It supports hostless mode for standalone Bluetooth applications and hosted (HCI) mode with an external MCU via UART. It also supports JTAG firmware upgrades and has undergone rigorous regulatory compliance testing.
