The ME54BS14 is a highly flexible, ultra-low-power, and cost-effective Bluetooth module based on the Nordic nRF54LS05B. It features a 128 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 processor, 508 KB NVM, and 96 KB RAM, delivering an excellent balance of performance and energy efficiency.
With an onboard PCB antenna, compact integrated design, outstanding RF performance, ultra-low power consumption, and rich peripheral interfaces, the ME54BS14 provides an ideal Bluetooth solution for a wide range of IoT applications.
