Highly Flexible, Cost-effective, Ultra-low-power Bluetooth 6.0 Module

The ME54BS13 is a highly flexible, ultra-low-power, cost-effective Bluetooth module based on the nRF54LM20A. Its powerful Arm® Cortex®-M33 CPU operates at a core speed of 128MHz, complemented by 2MB of NVM and 512KB of RAM. The hardware incorporates an on-board antenna, with its integrated design highlighting the enhanced performance of the nRF54 series. It provides additional GPIOs for development purposes, whilst its exceptionally low system power consumption, outstanding RF performance, and other robust supporting resources deliver an ideal solution for Bluetooth connectivity.
