The MS50SF7 is a Bluetooth low-energy module designed with the Nordic nRF52832 in a WLCSP package. It features an ARM Cortex-M4F RF transceiver with a core speed of up to 64 MHz, 512KB FLASH program memory, 64KB RAM, and other powerful integrated resources. It is ideal for low-power systems, offering ultra-low sleep current and low power consumption during operation. The module supports various protocols, including ANT, BLE, BLE Mesh, Zigbee, and Thread. With its ultra-compact size of 9.8 × 8.4 mm and built-in PCB antenna, it also provides an option to connect an external antenna via ANT pins, making it suitable for applications with strict size requirements.
