MS51SF1 is a high performance, low power, bluetooth low energy module based on nordic nrf52833, which features ARM Cortex M4 CPU, 512kB Flash, 128kB RAM, an integrated 2.4GHz transceiver inside can provide wonderful solutions for bluetooth connecting. It can support multiple wireless protocols including BLE mesh, zigbee, thread, NFC and ANT protocols. The antenna type is PCB, also has ANT pin for external antenna. It’s size is only 9.8x8.4x2mm. Very suitable for products with strict requirements on size. Can be used in intelligent wearable device, smart home, consumer electronics and intelligent medical.
