The bluetooth module MS44SF1 is 600M long range, USB interface and automotive available module. Its size is 20*12*2mm with using the chip of Nordic nRF52820. It can support Bluetooth mesh, Thread and Zigbee, Bluetooth Direction Finding. It has PCB antenna and 16 GPIO, 256kB flash and 32kB RAM. It has the -96dBm receive sensitivity and +8dBm transmission power. The supply voltage is from 1.7 V to 5.5 V. Its working temperature is from -40℃ to 105 ℃. It can be used in application like smart water meter, smart electricity meter, logistics monitoring and etc. It also can apply to home monitoring, AI robots and environmental sensor.
